No hardware required. TRACTION is a progressive web app — it runs on your phone, tablet, or laptop through any browser. Install it to your home screen for a native app feel.
Does it work offline? ▼
Yes. TRACTION caches your data locally so you can view and log runs even without cell service at the track. Changes sync back to the cloud when you reconnect.
What distances are supported? ▼
All three — ⅛ mile (660 ft), 1000 ft (Top Fuel / Funny Car), and ¼ mile (1320 ft). The timing fields and splits automatically adjust based on your race distance setting.
Can I cancel anytime? ▼
Yes. Cancel at any time from your profile settings. Your data stays accessible on the Basic plan after cancellation — you won't lose your runs.
What does Pro include over Racer? ▼
Everything in Racer plus clutch wear and disc inventory tracking, team and multi-driver access, Apple WeatherKit premium weather data, 4 vehicle profiles, and priority support.
What is the WeatherKit add-on? ▼
Apple WeatherKit provides hyperlocal weather data with higher accuracy and update frequency. It's included free with Pro. Basic and Racer users can add it for $5/mo.
Is my data backed up? ▼
All paid plans sync to Supabase cloud in real time. You can also export your entire run history to CSV at any time from the Export tab.
